Chinese phones offer excellent value for money, with similar specs to rival flagship phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S6 and iPhone 6 and 6S and often at lower Prices. So if you want a great deal on a smartphone, look no further than our round-up of the best Chinese phones 2016.

India's smartphone market is flooded with chinese smartphones. brands like Xiaomi are the most popular smartphone brand in india and no doubt why they are so popular. thease guys are comming up with some of the best smartphones with latest technology and features that are offered in some of the "Highend" smartphone makers like 'Samsung', 'LG', 'Sony' etc. the main attaction are the bigger screen with FHD(1920 x 1080) and even QHD Displays in some rival brands. indian consumers are eager to get there hands on them for half the price of a samsung or sony. this popularity had led to the localization of handset assembly in india at Sriperambatur(Chennai), where Xiaomi handsets are assembled by indian workers under chinese supervision. to buy one for yourself youll need to look on to flipkart.com, snapdeal.com, amazon.in etc.

so after all this story lets get to the top 10.....

10. Huawei P8

The Huawei 5X has excellent design and build for a price lower than other flagship rivals. On the whole hardware is decent too, particularly in the photography department. However, poor performance and buggy software taint the experience to frustrating level which make it very difficult to recommend. and with a price point of Rs. 12999, it is best bargain for money.

9. Huawei 7

Honor, the brand backed by Huawei, has impressed us with its flagship smartphones at low prices. Its latest effort is the Honor 7. With a phone called the Honor 7 you might think the firm has been around for longer than Apple or Samsung which are both on '6' editions of handsets but the Honor 6 was the first smartphone we saw which was launched just over a year ago.

True to form, the Honor 7 is priced at a somewhat ridiculously low  Rs 22999 – the same price which the Honor 6 launched at. Incidentally, the old model is still available at just Rs 14999 at Flipkart.com.

There are only two, possibly three, bad things to say about the OnePlus One, if you are happy to buy online direct from OnePlus. We wish there was expandable storage, and it's bigger than other smartphones with similarly sized displays. And if we are being really harsh, we would hope for a better camera. But at the price the OnePlus One is an amazing deal. It's a flagship smartphone for a mid-range price. Bargain. Get them till the stocks last..

7. Xiaomi Mi 4

At the price point of Rs 14999 at flipkart.com in India, this is an excellent budget Android phone with a fantastic design and performance for the price you pay

6. Lenovo K3 Note

Lenovo has been aggressively pushing itself into the mobile space with a plant in Wuhan, China that can manufacture 30 to 40 million devices a year. With K900, Lenovo gained traction with its unique stainless steel unibody design in India. Now Lenovo aims to bring some unique propositions to top range smartphone to sub-10k phone. But with the space already dominated by the likes of home-grown players like Micromax and newer Chinese rivals like Xiaomi. priced at Rs 9999 at flipkart.com, this is a better deal in terms of price to performance factor.

5. Oppo F1 (16 GB)

OPPO launched its selfie-centric OPPO F1 smartphone in the new ‘F series’ for Rs. 15,990 in last month. The phone has a sleek design, metal body and comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, which is the main highlight of the smartphone.

4. Meizu m2 Note

Meizu has been the most recent Chinese smartphone maker to enter the Indian market. It started off with the launch of the Meizu m1 note which was launched in May for Rs 11,999. It has been three months since that launch and Meizu is already out with an upgrade – the Meizu m2 note. To be fair to Meizu, the m1 note has been selling in China for a while now, but it’s good to see that it hasn’t delayed the launch of its latest phone in India. In fact, its flagship device, the Meizu MX5 has also been launched in India last week. It’s just another example of the importance of the Indian smartphone market.

3. Lenovo Vibe s1

Lenovo has been aggressively releasing smartphones this year, specially in the budget segment. One look at the Google smartphone search trends for 2015 shows that more than one Lenovo smartphone made it to the most searched phones list of 2015. Lenovo has certainly come into its own this year in the smartphone segment. Motorola, which is also owned by Lenovo, has been taking care of the high end segment of the market with theMoto X Play and the Moto X Style.

2. One plus X

The Best Budget smartphone of the year 2015 and 2016 too. this is a awesome device with top of the line capability in terms of functionality and looks. the black mirror finish in the back is simply irresistible and premium looking. the price is too very good at 16999 at amazon.in. Packed with some powerful performance inside with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Chipset, this sucker is simply faster. with an LTE support. this phone brings us to the top 2 in the list of best smartphones in 2016.

1. One plus 2

The Number 1 smartphones of 2016 is this beast of smartphones from a Chinese manufacturer called one plus. this phone sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Chipset , FHD Screen, Corning Gorilla Glass and a massive 3300 mAh non removable battery, which is the biggest and long lasting of them all. with a price tag of 24999 at amazon.in. this can be yours even without an invitation.

Overall all phones in this List are pretty close contenders to one another and with much lower price compared to some of the big brothers in the market...
